Drained RA

I am in RA training this week and I am exhausted. I have been all over the Philly subway, around the Temple campus, and about the city at restaurants with foods from around the GLOBE. Awesome. We have trainings throughout each day and each RA has to do a "reflection" everyday. Today is my turn.


This whole she-bang of being an RA will be a challenge for me because I am not the most social person. Already this week I feel as if I have been too talkative trying to not come across as exclusionary of isolative. However, I must admit that I am INCAPABLE of talking about nothing. I can't just chat away with you about your health issues, your family christmas traditions, life in your state, your hair texture, etc. Foolishness.

I am looking forward to being challenged to growth in new ways. It's enthralling.
