HR..Mgmt!

I am loving consulting and HR mgmt!

All is well here at college. Slowly but surely finding my niche in extracurricular activities that stretch me and help add to future goals I have. I am a project leader in the Students in Free Enterprise club here at Messiah College (SIFE...look it up, it's international!), and my project entails me merging Messiah students with small businesses and art galleries the city of Mechanicsburg to establish relations and gain student body acclamation with the town and its businesses and events. Eventually I have to get a team together, do [another] presentation and consult with the business owners of the city (over 70), and then coodrinate the event with the college and the town. Alot of responsibility, but I am able to use everything I am learning in the classroom (especially with regards to strategic planning and management).

This will be my first time doing ANYTHING like this, so I ask for prayers: that everything will run smoothly, that lessons will be learned, and that lights will SHINE! Also, I pray that I am a good leader and that I allowed my words to be seasoned (happy, mom?) so that they build people UP.

Now im going to change the subject (WHY, you ask? Because I'm in college and lose track of my thoughts...I'm pretty sure I had SOMETHING deep to say, but...) :

I have been having the urge to travel SOO badly lately, it's not even funny... Tomorrow I am going to Baltimore, but that HARDLY cuts it.

...I heart college.
